系统功能system functions

  ■数据处理 Data Processing

   智能管理单元利用对比法、近似值法、经验值法、逐次逼近法等方法和手段对采集的数据进行处理,并且根据晶体硅特征曲线方程进行分析、判断,获得深层数据信息,进行分类上传、储存管理。

Intelligent management unit uses contrast methods, approximation methods, empirical value methods, and successive approximation methods for data collection/processing. It also uses the crystal silicon characteristic curve to perform analysis and obtain deeper data, then classifies information and upload for later management.

 

  ■常规检测 Regulatory Tests

   通过采集灰度传感器输出数据、位置开关状态数据、心跳开关状态数据等进行工作状况检测,获得组件清洁度及执行单元状态,以便决定是否启动清扫或告警。

Working condition is detected by collecting the output gray sensor data and position switch state data, heartbeat switch state data, then obtaining the assembly cleanliness and execution unit status, in order to decide whether to start cleaning or alert.

 

  ■异常检测 Anomaly Detection

   管理单元通过比较、近似运算等以及热斑扫描,对组件陈列进行异常检测,并将检测结果及时上传至调度中心。

The management unit performs abnormal detection of component display by comparing, approximate calculation and hot spot scanning, and uploads the test result to the dispatching centre in time.

 

  ■智能清扫 Automated Cleaning

   管理单元通过得到的清洁度数据,与设定的阈值进行比较,一旦超过阈值,就启动清扫作业。在清扫的同时不断进行清洁度检测处理,当清洁度达到合格阈值时(或者达到设定清扫次数,而完全为自动、智能处理。)

The management unit compares real-time data with the set threshold, and once the threshold is exceeded, the cleaning process initiates. The cleaning test is carried out at the same time of cleaning, and when the cleanliness reaches the acceptable threshold value (or when the cleaning times are set up, it is completely automatic and intelligent processing)

 

  ■热斑检测 Heat Wave Sensors

   管理单元每次清扫过程中,随着执行单元的运动,装设于执行单元之上的红外温度传感器会对每一块组件的电池片进行热斑扫描检测,一旦发现有温度异常的电池片,则记录下该电池片的坐标,并发出告警信息。

With the unit movement in the cleaning process, infrared temperature sensors installed on the execution unit will test for heat of each cell. Once anomalies are found in cell temperature,  the unite records coordinates of the cell, and sends alert information.

 

  ■安全驱鸟 Bird Security

   对分布式水面或或农业大棚等鸟类活动频繁区域的光伏电站,可以使用带安全驱鸟器功能的管理单元。在不需要清扫的时间里,驱鸟器会以及低的耗电量,采用快速的运动及声音方式达到驱鸟效果,避免鸟类停留在组件上造成鸟粪,鸟爪污染电池板。

For the photovoltaic power plants with distributed water surface or agricultural and bird parks, the management units with safety bird drives can be used. In times where cleaning is not required, the bird prevention system will use the lowest power consumption to activate quick movement sound to prevent birds staying on the component to avert bird droppings, and bird claw polluting battery panels.

 

  ■信息传输 Data Transmission

   管理单元设计有现场总线(RS485)或无线通信接口,与远程调度室通信,将采集的原始数据及深层数据上传至调度中心;并且接收调度中心下发的指令。为光伏电站智能化的运维管理要求提供最底层、最基础的数据保障和信息传输手段。

The management unit design (RS485) has a wireless communication interface to communicate with the remote control room, upload original data & underlying data to the dispatch centre and to receive instructions issued by the dispatch centre. It provides the most basic data security and information transmission means for the photovoltaic power station intelligent operation and maintenance management.
