   非常感谢您选用本公司的产品!为了保护您的权益,本着对用户负责任的原则,我司对您所购买的产品质量作出如下保证:

Thank you very much for choosing our products! In order to protect your rights and interests, in accordance with the principle of responsible for users, we will make the following guarantee for the quality of the products you purchased.

 

  ■客户支持 Customer Support

   我公司将提供专业技术人员进行安装指导、技术培训以及现场联调。

   在保修期内,用户正常使用中出现性能故障时,我公司将进行免费维修或者更换新产品,直至客户满意为止。

   收到客户需求时,会在2小时之内就相关问题作出电话回应,根据现场地理位置,给予最快、最好的售后服务。

   在保修期内,以下情况本公司有权不进行质保保证,实行有偿维修服务。

   1)由于人为或非正常的自然环境下引起的故障或损坏;

   2)于不正确的安装和使用造成的故障或损坏;

   3)由于对产品的改造、分解、组装而发生的故障或损坏。

用户可以通过电话咨询相关问题,并得到明确的解决方案。

Our company will provide professional technical personnel for installation, instruction, technical training and on-site joint transfer.

In the event of performance failure during normal use by users in the warranty period, our company will provide free maintenance or replacement of new products, until customer s are satisfied.

 

Upon receipt of customer demand, telephone calls will be made within 2 hours of relevant questions, according to the location of the site, to give the fastest and best after-sales service.

 

During the warranty period, the company shall have the right not to guarantee the quality and implement paid maintenance service under the following conditions.

(1) failure or damage caused by man-made or unnatural natural environment;

(2) failure or damage caused by improper installation and use;

(3) failure or damage due to the modification, decomposition and assembly of the product.

Users can ask for relevant questions by telephone and get a clear solution.
